The Oben Rorr EZ, a new electric bike aimed at urban commuters, was launched in India with a starting price of ₹89,999. This entry-level model offers three battery options with a range of up to 175 km per charge, a top speed of 95 km/h, and multiple color choices.

Oben Electric, a Bengaluru-based electric vehicle company, has introduced the Rorr EZ electric bike to the Indian market as an affordable option for city riders. Starting at an introductory price of ₹89,999 (ex-showroom), the Rorr EZ is available with three battery capacities—2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 4.4 kWh. The Rorr EZ achieves a top speed of 95 km/h and offers three driving modes (Eco, City, Havoc), tailored for varied riding styles.

With the 4.4 kWh battery, the Rorr EZ can achieve a maximum range of 140 km in Eco mode, 110 km in City mode, and 90 km in Havoc mode. The charging time depends on the battery variant; the standard charger takes 4 to 7 hours, while a fast charger can restore up to 80% charge within 45 minutes to 2 hours.

The bike also includes modern features such as geo-fencing, anti-theft systems, and a comprehensive LED dashboard. Design-wise, it closely resembles its sibling, the standard Oben Rorr, and is available in multiple colors, including Flux Grey, Surge Cyan, and Photon White. Oben Electric offers a warranty of 3 years/50,000 km, extendable to 5 years/75,000 km.

The Rorr EZ will go up against similar commuter focused electric bikes in the market such as the Revolt RV1.
